Are you taking new clients?

What insurance do you take?

I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise, Cigna, Aetna, Kaiser, HMA, Regence, and First Choice. I am not taking state insurance at this time.

I take HSA cards and can provide superbills for out of network insurance companies.

What kind of counseling do you do?

My primary modality of focus is Internal Family Systems. You can read about it here.

Do you offer tele-health? In-office sessions?

I provide sessions by zoom and in-office. I am located in downtown Bellingham.

I am a minor. Do I need my parent's permission to see you?

If you are 13 years old or older, the State of Washington law allows you, in almost all circumstances, to get therapy without informing your parent/guardian. In addition, I cannot acknowledge that I see you nor share any information with them about your therapy without your permission.

II am not seeing clients under 13 years old at this time.
